Portfolio Recap: Dec. 3, 2007

Here comes the daily list of the Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. Monday was a modest day. Here is that latest news that may affect the Portfolio.
THE GOOD:
Altius Mineral ALS.TO - Continuing to charge after refinery announcement. Up $1.41 and hit a new 5 day high of $26.40 during the session.
Aegean Marine Petrol ANW - Shipping must be back in the Street's good graces. Up another 5.3% on the day, closed above its 50 day MA of $39.45, and hit a 5 day high of $42.96. Sweet. They announce some sort of Options exercise. Click HERE for details.
Anadarko Petrol APC - Up 1.1% Monday. On Tues. morning, they announce a discovery in the Gulf of Mexico. Click HERE for the press release.
Art Tech ARTG - Announces a partnership with Guidestar. Keep your eye on the Street's opinion of this deal. Click HERE for the details.
China Medical CMED - Must have been a slow day, up only 1.1% for the day.
ISHARE MSCI BRAZIL EWZ & ISHARES S&P LAT AM40 ILF Both took the day off, down ever so slightly.
Coca-Cola KO - Coke is doing a responsible thing. Click HERE to read who they have teamed up with.
LEV Pharma LEVP.OB - Added a new board member and gave him options. Click HERE for the SEC filing.
Potash POT - Up nicely on Monday, 3.3%. Dennis Gartman, famous hedgie, said that he is long POT on The Fast Money. He is a smart guy.
THE BAD: This list is shrinking... for the time being.
Core Labs CLB - Up 3.1% for the day.
Devon Energy DVN - Up 52 cents on the day. They confirmed their production guidance for '07, '08, and 2009. Click HERE for details.
GoldCorp GG - Up 52 cents on the day. They announce an approved expansion on one of their mines. Click HERE for details
Transocean Inc. RIG - Up marginally, but after hours they announce an offering of $8.5 bill in notes to pay off debt of acquisition. Click HERE for the press release.
Synaptics SYNA - Up slightly on the day. News that the CEO exercises options. Click HERE for details.
THE UGLY: Reserved for the most precipitous falls from grace.
United Online UNTD - Down and unimaginable 15.4%. Hit a new 65 day low of $11.72. Yield is now up to 5.3%
